My Practice

Dear Clients and Patients,

My practice is centered on empowering you
to discover or rediscover all aspects of your most authentic self. I work both with clients who are in the process of finding their passion and with those who are content where they are but, for whatever reason, want more for themselves. My unique style and approach is to combine the techniques of traditional talk therapy, the utilization of Expressive Arts Modalities (writing, drawing, drama, play, music and/or dance), and the benefits of coaching with a licensed physician’s understanding of medical implications and potential issues.

offer one-to-one and/or small-group therapy sessions where challenges are freely discussed and the practice of releasing your inner creativity through some form of artistic expression can be facilitated in order to further explore thoughts, feelings and emotions. Our sessions can take place in my cozy office or via Skype or FaceTime.  Together we will help you to resolve conflicts, reduce stress, and increase self-esteem, self-awareness, and personal insight. It does not matter whether or not you see yourself as “a creative person.”  Our focus will be on developing and expressing that which comes from inside you–not on what you see in the outside world, nor on your ability to render it. As Expressive Arts Therapists say, “It is the process, not the product, that matters.” Believe it or not, when we choose to utilize it, art is intuitively accessible to everyone!

I welcome
adults (ages 18 or over) individually or in groups to my practice.  I am also able to serve as support to the health care received from your Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or OB/GYN physician.

free to contact me to book your complimentary consultation and to see if I may be of help.

Come to my cozy office! Or, let's meet via the internet.
