Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT is a form of acupressure.  Much like acupuncture, but without the use of needles or a practitioner (once you’ve mastered the techniques), energy meridians are accessed while a specific problem is considered and positive affirmations are voiced.  EFT Tapping can be used to move kinetic energy and to physical and emotional ailments.

Some common uses of EFT include:

  • Remove Negative Emotions
  • Reduce Food Cravings
  • Reduce or Eliminate Pain
  • Implement Positive Goals
